Step 1. Install GIVE a RING from Google Play or the App Store (iPhone). Open the app and enter your mobile number. Tap Register if you're new.

Step 2. Enter the SMS verification code.

Step 3. To call Russian numbers, verify your identity with a selfie and a Russian passport (law №126-FZ). Skip if calling outside Russia only.

Step 4. Top up your balance with a bank card.

Step 5. Activate a Moscow number for ₽100/month to call Russian numbers. Incoming calls and activation are free.
